FEBRUARY 6 EARTHQUAKE ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES

Investments with a minimum amount of 1 million 500 thousand TL to be realized in the districts included in the annex of the decision, which are accepted as disaster zones affecting general life due to the earthquakes that occurred in Kahramanmaraş on 6/2/2023, will benefit from the support elements provided within the scope of the Council of Ministers Decision No. 2012/3305 under the conditions of the 6th region, with the rates and periods applied in the 6th region. However, the interest or profit share support for the investments evaluated under this article will not exceed 30 million Turkish Liras, provided that it does not exceed 10% of the fixed investment amount. New investments that meet the above conditions, including investments to be made in order to replace investments damaged by the earthquake, investments within the scope of investment incentive certificates whose investment period is ongoing and whose completion visa has not been made, will be evaluated within the scope of this article. In the investments to be made in order to replace the investments damaged by the earthquake, insurance premium employer share support and insurance premium support, following the completion of the investment, the average number of workers reported in the monthly premium and service document submitted to the Social Security Institution between 1/8/2022-31/1/2023 (seasonal employment averages of the previous year are taken into account in investments with seasonal characteristics);

-All additional employment in facilities destroyed by earthquakes or subsequently decided to be demolished due to damage,

-In severely damaged facilities, twenty-five percent existing employment and seventy-five percent additional employment,

-In medium-damage facilities, fifty percent existing employment and fifty percent additional employment,

-Seventy-five percent existing employment and twenty-five percent additional employment in low-damage facilities,

-In undamaged facilities, ninety percent of existing employment and ten percent of additional employment will be accepted and applied.

-For medium-damage, low-damage and undamaged facilities, the ratio of the sum of insurance premium employer share support and insurance premium support to the fixed investment amount cannot exceed 200%.
