GREEN PASSPORT FOR EXPORTERS

The owners, partners and employees of exporter companies will be able to benefit from the right to a special stamped passport, and if the owners or partners of the company are a legal entity, the owners, partners or employees of this legal entity can also be issued a special stamped passport.

Conditions for Obtaining a Green Passport

First, your average exports for the last three calendar years;

-1 passport for 500 thousand dollars to 10 million dollars

-2 passports between 10-25 Million Dollars

-3 passports if between 25-50 Million Dollars

-4 passports if between 50-100 Million Dollars

-5 passports if over 100 Million Dollars

You can get a green (special stamped) passport for your company official.

The documents required for obtaining a Green Passport are as follows

-Petition, (you can reach from the internet addresses of the general secretariats of the unions)

-Request Form, (you can reach from the web addresses of the general secretariats of the unions)

-For the company owner or partner, a photocopy of the Trade Registry Gazette showing the current ownership/partnership structure of the company, or if it cannot be submitted, a letter from the Trade Registry Directorate.

-Original SSI declaration for three (3) months retroactive to the date of application for the company employee (e-declaration is accepted as original).

-Original and photocopy of the valid notarized signature circular of the persons authorized to represent and bind the company.

-Legible photocopy of identity card/ Republic of Turkey ID card.
