STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS INCENTIVES
Investments for the production of intermediate goods or products with high import dependency are supported within the scope of strategic investment incentives. Investments to be supported within this scope must meet all of the following criteria;
-Minimum fixed investment amount of 50 Million TL,
-The total domestic production capacity of the product subject to investment is less than imports,
-The value added to be provided by the investment must be at least 40% (this condition will not be required for refinery and petrochemical investments),
The total import value of the product to be produced must be at least 50 million USD as of the last 1 year.- Investments deemed appropriate by the Ministry to be supported as strategic investments within the scope of the Technology-Oriented Industrial Move Program (TOSHP) are accepted as strategic investments without seeking the above criteria.- In investments for the defense industry to be realized with the project approval to be obtained from the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Presidency of Defense Industry, the conditions that the total domestic production capacity is less than imports and the total import amount realized in the last year is over 50 million USD are not sought.
