TURQUALITY INCENTIVES
TURQUALITY, whose vision is to “create 10 world brands in 10 years” and to achieve this vision; TURQUALITY is the first and only state-sponsored branding programme with the aim of increasing the exports of our country by creating locomotives in the country from global Turkish brands and developing strong global Turkish brands in order to create locomotives in the country and to increase the exports of our country by developing strong global Turkish brands in order to become a global player with their own brands in international markets by providing managerial know-how, institutionalisation and development to cover all processes from production to marketing, from sales to after-sales services of our companies with product groups that our country has competitive advantage and have branding potential, and to create and place a positive image of Turkish goods / services through these brands.
Unlike conventional export supports, the focus of the TURQUALITY Programme is not only to increase exports but also to contribute to the branding targets of companies. TURQUALITY Supports by the Ministry of Trade Companies within the scope of the Trademark Support Programme are benefited for 4 years from the date they are included in the scope of support, and companies within the scope of the TURQUALITY Support Programme are benefited for 5 years from the date they are included in the scope of support. As a result of the performance evaluation to be made regarding the beneficiaries who have benefited from the TURQUALITY Support Programme for five years, the support period of the beneficiaries who are determined to perform above a certain level may be extended for an additional 5 years.
The objectives of the Turquality Programme are to provide financial resources to companies with brand potential on the way to becoming a global brand, and to support the development of companies and their brands with strategy, operation, organisation and technology consultancy studies in order to create global Turkish brands.
In addition, it is determined to provide training support for the management units of the companies within the scope of the programme, to carry out communication and promotion activities to create and maintain a positive image of Turkish goods abroad, to increase the brand awareness of Turkish companies, to provide intelligence support for Turkish companies to take action within market information, and to be an incubator and catalyst for selected Turkish brands with Turquality employment support.
Within the scope of the TURQUALITY Support Programme, the following expenditures are supported at a rate of 50%

If at least one brand is within the scope of TURQUALITY Support Programme, the upper limit of support is 279.628.225-TL. |
In the scope of consultancy support and employment expenses in the field of design and product development (maximum 10 people), the upper limit of support is maximum 27.962.050-TL and is supported for the first 5 years. |
-Supported for 4 years under the Brand Support Programme. |
– It is supported for 5 years for each target market within the scope of TURQUALITY Support Programme. |
The upper limit of support that can be provided in service procurement for the Development Road Map is supported as 6.709.718 TL. |
